The varsity volleyball team finished 3rd out of 8 teams at the Franklin Central Invitational. We started the day a little slow in pool play losing to Zionsville in two sets (21-25, 10-25) and to Pioneer (22-25, 22-25). We came back strong in pool play and handled Columbus North in straight sets (25-20, 25-15) and forced a 3-way tie in the pool with Pioneer, Columbus North, and us finishing pool play with 1-2 records. Due to point differentials, we finished 2nd in our pool and then won the crossover match vs. the 2nd place team in the other pool, North Decatur (25-20, 25-10).
