The Bulldogs wrapped up a memorable 2025 season with an 18th-place finish at the IHSAA State Championships in Terre Haute, earning the distinction of being the top team from the area and proudly representing the Duneland Athletic Conference. Senior Jake Metzger led the way, placing 70th overall in 16:14, a big improvement over his previous state meet appearances. He was followed closely by junior Jackson Zona (97th, 16:24), juniorDylan Ryder (154th, 16:43), senior Evan Kearns (186th, 16:55), and sophomore Kuba Nurek (213th, 17:16), rounding out the scoring five. Seniors Caleb Kotynski (17:16) and Blythe Dyke (17:33) completed the varsity lineup, both closing out their careers with gutsy efforts. Congratulations to all athletes, the coaching staff, and the families who made this season one to remember.
