Crown Point High School Athletics

The Lady Bulldogs soccer team started the postseason with a strong 5-0 win over Munster to advance to the Sectional Championship Saturday night against Lake Central. Rhea Grzych led the way with 3 goals, Addy Sabau had a goal and an assist, and Hannah Pesich added a goal. Sophia Maldonado chipped in two assists, Lily Maldonado added another one, and Reily Beach rounded out the assists from a great night. Sam Quick and the defense were solid as usual to get the shutout.
