Crown Point and South Bend Saint Joseph played to a 2-2 draw at Crown Point. Crown Point went down 1-0 early in the match after an upper 90 blast from 25 yards out by St. Joe. The Bulldogs came from behind to tie the game, with senior Brayden Kurtz netting both goals for Crown Point. In goal, senior Edward Sundblad faced multiple shots and made clutch saves, allowing his team to stay in contention and preserve the tie. With this result, Crown Point’s record moved to 7-4-3, and their conference mark stood at 5-1. Up next, Crown Point will close out its regular season with non-conference matches against Illiana and Merrillville, hoping to build momentum heading into postseason play.
