Crown Point High School Athletics

Crown Point Boys Soccer opened its home schedule on August 19, 2026, with a dominant 12-0 victory over Michigan City, giving the Bulldogs their first win of the 2026 season. Crown Point controlled the match offensively, recording 12 goals and seven assists, while holding Michigan City scoreless. Aj Cop (#19) led the Bulldogs with an outstanding three-goal performance and was named Crown Point’s Player of the Match, finishing with six points. Kane Estrada (#4) also had a strong game, contributing two goals and two assists for six points. In goal, freshman Cayden Hoyhtya (#0) recorded the shutout without allowing a goal in his varsity debut. The victory moved Crown Point to 1-1 on the season after opening the year with a 1-0 loss to West Lafayette Harrison. The Bulldogs will look to carry the offensive momentum and defensive strength from their home opener into their upcoming games as they continue the 2026 campaign.
