Comstock HS & MS

We started slow in the first half but, after a few line up changes, we quickly came together to create several offensive opportunities. Trey Kohler was the star of this match with 5 goals and Tyler Baker had several assists and a goal. Our offensive line was smart, aggressive, and capitalized on every chance. Defensively, we still have a lot of work to do. Our defense did much better in the second half by containing their attacking line, not stabbing and balls, and communicating with each other. Unfortunately they had 2 players who were incredibly talented and put shots in the low corners. This first game of the season showed our teams, fans, and opponents that we are a totally different team team than last year. We demonstrated wisdom and teamwork on the field and the rest of the season looks incredibly promising.
