The Cathedral boys volleyball team claimed the inaugural City Alliance Boys Volleyball Tournament title! The Irish did not drop a set on their way to the championship. In the finals, Cathedral defeated Bishop Chatard 3-0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-20) with Jaden Greenwell and Owen Peterson recording 10 kills each. Ryan Peterson added seven kills on nine attempts. Cathedral defeated Covenant Christian 3-0 (25-10, 25-16, 25-16) in the semifinals. Eli Shepherd had eight kills and Jake Werne controlled with back row with 13 digs. In the opening rounds, Cathedral defeated Scecina 3-0 (25-3, 25-9, 25-4) and Washington 3-0 (25-6, 25-1, 25-2).
