The Fighting Irish boys basketball team defeated Crispus Attacks 71-63 to win the 2025 City Tournament! Cathedral made five free throws in the final minute to secure the win. Brady Koehler led the Irish 19 points. With the win, head coach Jason Delaney became the winningest coach in City tournament history with his eighth title. Delaney won two tournament titles at Arsenal Tech High School and six with the Irish.
