The Lady Pioneers Track Team finished 4th at the Tell City Marksmen Invitational on Saturday. Scoring for the Pioneers were Ava Kelley (1st in the 100, 2nd in the 200 and 2nd in the long jump), Lyndsey Winsett (3rd in the 3200), Whitney Shoup (1st in the 100 hurdles), Addison Luff (1st in the High Jump), Kassidy Kelly (3rd in the long jump), The 4x400 meter relay team of (Malorie Anderson, Sophie Borgman, Addison Luff and Abigail Orr) finished 8th, and the 4x100 meter relay team of (Sophie Borgman, Whitney Shoup, Kassidy Kelly, and Ava Kelley) finished 2nd. Ava Kelley was also announced as the meets most outstanding female athlete scoring the most points of any athlete in the meet, accounting for 28 points! Congratulations Ava, and great Job Ladies. The team will be back in action on Tuesday evening at Jasper.
