The Running Pioneers competed individually at the Dennis Bays Warrior Invitational on Saturday. In the Girls race, Lyndsey Winsett finished in 101st place out of 235 runners, followed closely by Nikki Snow, Ava Brown and Michelle Smith. The girls struggled at the start of the race, but were able to re-focus and finish with strength and determination! In the Boys race, Logan Whyte finished in 22nd place out of 264 runners with a season best time of 17:26! Grant Montgomery finished in 51st place, Daniel Ward and Joseph Henry both ran season best times! Great Run Boys! The Team will compete at the Alan Hopewell Invitational at Gibson Southern on Thursday. Good Luck Team!
