Boonville High School

The Boys track team competed well in the 13 team PAC Conference Championships coming home 4th just two points out of 3rd. The boys were led my Senior Marques Ballard who was the conference champ in the long jump. The boys 3200M Relay of Eli Mayes, Logan Whyte, Kayden Musgrove, and Grant Montgomery placed 2nd with a PR of 8:24.68. Jordan Paul placed 2nd in the 110H. Cole Cundiff placed 2nd in the Discus. Senior Walker Pierce placed 3rd in the long jump. Marques Ballard placed 3rd in the 200. Jordan Paul also place 3rd in the 300H with a PR of 42.17. There were several PR's set tonight. Grant Montgomery had a PR in the 1600 with a time of 4:38.90, and a PR in the 3200 with a time of 10:24.42. Eli Mayes set PR in the 800M run with a time of 2:05.74 Good job to all the boys tonight. The team will be back in action next Thursday at the Evansville Sectionals hosted by Central High School! Go Pioneers!
