The Boys Varsity Football team defeated Washington 48-7 on Friday night, improving to 5-1 on the season. The Pioneer defense came up big with several key stops, and were led by Dakota Hall and Hunter Lauderdale with 6 tackles each. Peyton Heck had a pick, and Lauderdale recovered a fumble. The Pioneer offense was led by Beau Seiler, who threw for 256 yards and 3 touchdowns, while also rushing for a score. Bradyn Egli had 6 receptions for 144 yards and a touchdown. Aiden Perigo and Dawson Keller also had receiving touchdowns for the Pioneers. The offensive line played great and paved the way for Mason Jones to have another 100+ yard rushing game and a pair of touchdown runs. Lauderdale added a rushing touchdown as well. It was a great TEAM effort! The Pioneers will host Princeton this Friday.
