The Boonville Boys Cross Country Team took an important step in the right direction Saturday Morning at Gibson Southern for the Alan Hopewell Invitational. Conditions were still very challenging even early in the morning, but the boys fought hard and ran their best races of the season to this point. The Boys had 3 finishers in the top 40 overall. Gavin Zint finished 15th overall and 8th in the Freshman/Sophomore Division, Owen Kelley was 29th overall and 16th in the Freshman/Sophomore Division, and Kase Topper was 39th overall and 17th in the Junior Senior Division. The Boys Cross Country Team will be back in action next Saturday at Heritage Hills for the Patriot Invitational. Great Job Men and Go Pioneers!
