At the plate, Baylee Hunt and Londyn Simpson each had 2 hits, leading the offense. Hunt added an RBI, while Simpson also contributed with walks and strong plate discipline. Remi Campbell, Claire Byers, and others each drove in runs as Boonville pulled away, especially with a 4-run seventh inning. In the circle, Boonville’s pitchers were outstanding. Nevaeh Wall earned the win, allowing just 1 hit and 0 runs over 4 innings, with 8 strikeouts. Mia Clamme closed it out, throwing 3 hitless innings with 5 strikeouts. Boonville also showed speed and discipline, stealing multiple bases and playing error-free defense to complete the shutout win.
