Thursday evening Boonville Boys Golf played host to the Jasper Wildcats at Quail Crossing Golf Course. In Junior Varsity action the Pioneers battle but lost to Jasper 171 to Boonville's 183. Luke Whyte and Carson Keller led the JV group with scores of 43. Gunner Wilson shot 46, Leo Manera 51, Dawson Keller 52, and Jackson Singer 55. In Varsity play, Mason Mills claimed low medalist honors for the first time of the season, shooting 1 under par 34. Congrats to our senior Mason Mills. Gage Vincent added to his great start to the year, shooting 2 over par 37, tying his best finish since Evansville Junior Golf. Cash Willis contributed a 39, with Will Whyte coming in clutch to tie Cash with a 39 of his own. Emmitt Roy and Wyatt Belcher tied with a score of 45. The boys travel to Country Oaks on Saturday to compete in the Hatchet Invitational. Good Luck, Pioneers!
