The Boonville boys swim and dive team defeated Conference foes North Posey and Gibson Southern on Thursday for Senior Night. The relay team of Cavan Farrand, Tyler Chapman, Caleb Gentry and Leo Manera got the night started with a first place finish and the team of Farrand, Gentry, Chapman and Hunter Rahm ended the night with a victory in the 400 free relay. Between the two, the Pioneers got victories from Tyler Chapman (200 IM, 100 breast), Kayden Musgrove in diving, Caleb Gentry in the 100 fly and100 back (Outside Smoke), and Cavan Farrand in the 100 free. We would like to thank our senior Keegan Rosenmeir. Keegan is in his first year on the team. He primarily dives and has shown much improvement this season. In addition, he also helps the team in swimming events. Keegan is a great teammate and a hard worker. We'd also like to thank our exchange student, Leo " the Italian Stallion" Manera. From diving off cliffs in Italy to diving off our board at BHS, Leo is a fearless competitior who can also throw down some great swims when needed. Thank you both. Once a Pioneer, Always a Pioneer.
