Cross Country at New Haven Classic

Cross Country teams did very well on Saturday at the New Haven Classic. The girls finished in 7th place out of 16 teams. Addie Davis once again led the team with a 7th place finish. She ran a season's best of 20:40. Isla Woodson came in with a time of 23:13 for 37th place. Next was Lou Paris in 52nd place with a time of 23:43, which is a new personal record. Libby Hormann finished in a season's best of 24:25 for 67th place. Rounding out the top five for team scoring was Alex Craig. Alex ran a 28:52 which was good enough for 121st place out of 142 girls. The boys team finished in 11th place out of 20 teams. The boys were led by Tommy McComb in a season's best of 17:24 for 13th place. Following Tommy was Brandon Busch. Brandon finished in 16th place with a time of 17:29. Third for the team was Henry Steele, finishing in 18:02 for 29th place. Noah Stetzel ran another personal record with a time of 20:42 for 110th place and finally, Noah Becker ran a new personal best as well with a time of 20:51, good enough for 112th place. A total of 159 runners competed in the race.
