Thursday, August 29 Oxford, IN The Benton Central Girls Golf team hosted Faith Christian and North Newton on Thursday, August 29th, at Oak Grove Country Club in Oxford, IN. The Lady Bison turned in a strong performance, winning the tri-match with a team score of 205, followed by Faith Christian at 213 and North Newton at 231. Leading the way for Benton Central were Cora Atkinson and Bella Bauer, who shared low medalist honors after each carded a 49 in the 9-hole event. The win highlights the team’s continued progress as they move deeper into their season.
