Information provided by Dusty Hughes The Bison cross country team traveled to Northern Indiana Saturday to run in the New Prairie Invitational. Nearly a 100 schools and over 1,700 participants in one of the biggest races in the region. Our girl leader was freshman Loralei Rayman, who ran the course in a time of 22:01 and earn a ribbon for her 32nd place finish. Junior Carter Fox missed a ribbon finish by a few seconds. Jude Johnson and Sam Fleming also set personal best times at this meet. Also notable were our JV runners, who represented BC with more athletes than any other school our size. The varsity cross country team host its own Bison Stampede Invitational this coming Saturday September 28, with races beginning at 9 AM. Our junior high teams compete in the WCJC meet following the high school, with races starting at noon.
