For Immediate Release 5/26/2026 The postseason begins this week for Benton Central Baseball as the Bison prepare to compete in the 2026 IHSAA Baseball Sectional hosted by North Montgomery High School in Crawfordsville. Benton Central will open sectional tournament play on Thursday, May 28 at 5:30 p.m. against Delphi at the North Montgomery Baseball Complex located at 5945 N. US 231, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. The Bison enter the tournament as the designated home team for Thursday’s opening-round contest. The winner will advance to the semifinal round on Saturday, May 30. Tournament Schedule: • Thursday, May 28 – Benton Central vs. Delphi – 5:30 PM • Saturday, May 30 – Sectional Semifinals • Monday, June 1 – Sectional Championship – 6:00 PM (All times EST) North Montgomery will operate a cashless gate for the sectional tournament. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance or use a credit/debit card at the gate.
