The Benton Central gymnastics team delivered an outstanding performance this past Saturday at the Logansport Invitational, hosted at Logansport High School. Competing against 44 gymnasts from 11 schools, the Bison proved once again that they can compete at a high level against a deep and talented field. Leading the way was Attalia Budreau, who turned in one of her strongest meets of the season with multiple top finishes and a personal-best performance. Attalia Budreau – Event Results: Balance Beam: 🥇 1st Place – 9.600 (Personal Best) Vault: 🥈 2nd Place Uneven Bars: T-6th Place Floor Exercise: T-6th Place All-Around: 🥈 2nd Place Attalia’s beam routine was the highlight of the afternoon, earning a stellar 9.600 — the highest score of the meet on beam and a new personal best. Her poise, confidence, and execution set her apart and secured the event title. She followed that performance with a strong vault to finish second and added solid routines on bars and floor to cap off an impressive all-around showing, finishing second overall among 44 competitors. The Bison continue to build momentum as they head into the heart of the postseason, and Saturday’s performances reflect the hard work and steady improvement of the program.
