The Avon Girls Basketball program enters a new era this season with a mix of familiar faces and exciting new talent. The Orioles return two varsity starters, Makaylee Butts and Erika Larson, who will lead a young and hungry group ready to compete every night. This year’s team features several newcomers stepping into key roles. Freshmen Saniyah Davenport and Angel Omale will see significant time on the court, bringing energy and athleticism to the lineup. They’re joined by sophomore Alaina Narvell and juniors Alliyah Carruthers, Laila Gates, Karsyn Hines, and Delise Robinson, who all make their varsity debuts this season. While the roster may be young, the Orioles are focused on growth, development, and building a strong foundation for the future. Each game presents an opportunity to learn, improve, and establish a new standard of competitiveness within the program. The coaching staff and players are excited for the journey ahead and look forward to showcasing their progress throughout the season.
