The Whiting Oilers Cross Country team wrapped up their season at the Highland Sectional, closing out a year filled with growth, effort, and pride. Every runner showed tremendous heart and determination from start to finish, representing Whiting with class and spirit at every meet. The team’s dedication throughout the season paid off with strong performances and steady improvement across the board. We’re incredibly proud of all our athletes for their commitment and teamwork—especially standout runner Maite Navarro, who earned Second Team All-Conference honors earlier this season.
