This past Friday and Saturday, we had the opportunity to celebrate our Whiting Oilers Baseball and Softball seniors — a special group of student-athletes who have represented our school and community with pride, dedication, and heart. Senior Nights are always emotional, but they are also a reminder of the lasting impact these athletes leave on their teammates, coaches, families, and fans. Thank you to our seniors for your countless hours of hard work, leadership, and commitment to your programs both on and off the field. A huge thank you as well to the parents, families, coaches, teachers, and supporters who have helped guide and encourage these student-athletes throughout their journeys. Your support means everything and plays a major role in their success. To top off the weekend, our Oiler Baseball team earned a doubleheader sweep over East Chicago, making the celebration even more memorable!
