Another exciting week for the Whiting High School community! ⚾🎾🏀 The Oiler baseball team picked up a great win over West Side, continuing to show grit and determination on the field. Girls tennis also had a memorable week as they celebrated Senior Night in style with a strong victory over Hammond Central, honoring their seniors for their dedication and leadership to the program. In softball, Aliyah Vianello hit a home run Thursday night vs Morton! To top it all off, our Youth Basketball Camp was a huge success! It was awesome seeing so many young athletes learning the game, building skills, and having fun alongside our coaches and players. The future of Oiler athletics is bright, and it was another great week to be an Oiler!
