The WeBo varsity girls’ soccer team demonstrated good teamwork and balance in a 10-1 rout of Rossville on Tuesday night.  The Stars, who saw significant participation from all 31 players, jumped out early and took a 4-0 lead into halftime.  They continued to share the ball and attack in numbers before the game ended with 18’ remaining.  WeBo was coming off a 1-0 late victory against Covington from last week and a weekend JV tournament victory at Lebanon on Saturday which saw them beat Hamilton Heights in extra PK’s as well as a rain shortened victory over Lebanon 1-0.  The Stars take the field next as they travel to Monrovia tonight for a non-conference match before returning home this Saturday morning at 10am for a MAC match-up against Greencastle.
