The junior high lady stars came away with two wins last night against Lebanon and Tecumseh. Ainsley Thompson shot a 36, Amelia Hillger came in with a 37, and Lila Hall rounded out the team score with a 47. Coming towards the end of the season, the girls have remained consistent in their scoring, even as we have added more holes and more yardage with each new match. The fact that they have remained consistent in their scores as the difficulty of play has increased shows real progress in their skills and focus. The win feels good, and the fact that we beat Lebanon by one shot shows the girls that every stroke counts. They held in there to keep the lead moving into the final holes. The Stars look forward to Saturday's 18 hole match in Zionsville.
