The boys' varsity golf team dropped their match to visiting Hamilton Heights Wednesday evening at Cool Lake by a score of 165 to 195. Evan Terwiske led the Stars, shooting a 44 on the night. Ben Fortner also broke the 50 barrier, carding a 49. After making positive strides in one area or another each match this season, the Stars faced their first real hang-up as a group looking to improve at every opportunity. In the JV portion, Julian McClaine's 53 and Carver Bragg's 54 reflected the growth they continue to show. The Stars varsity will look to rebound, playing in a loaded field at Ulen on Saturday in the Kent Frandsen Invitational.
