Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The boys traveled to West Lafayette for a dual swim meet on Tuesday night. They fell to the Red Devils with a score of 115-63. Starting the meet was the medley relay team of Jacob Norman, Alex Crockett, Ethan Barnett, and Zach Connors in second place. Norman and Wyatt Barnett followed with a 1-2 finish in the 200 freestyle. Crockett and Malachi Catterson placed third and fourth respectively in the 200 IM. Chase Collier picked up another win for the Stars in the 50 freestyle, followed by Connors in third and Garringer in sixth. Xander Rouse placed second in diving. In the 100 fly, Catterson finished fourth. E. Barnett and Collier placed fourth and fifth in the 100 freestyle. Norman earned a second individual win for the evening in the 500 freestyle, followed by W. Barnett in second and Henry Biggs in sixth. The 200 freestyle relay team of E. Barnett, Collier, Connors, and W. Barnett finished in second. E Barnett followed with a third-place finish in the 100 backstroke. In the 100 breaststroke, Crockett and Connors took second and fifth places respectively. Ending the meet with a third-place finish was the 400 free relay team of Catterson, Biggs, W. Barnett, and Norman.
