Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Stars hosted North Putnam on Tuesday night for their first action in over 2 weeks due to weather. The Stars kept it close early but were unable to stop the Cougars offensive attack and lost the match 1-7 in the end. The team was led on defense by some quickly improving players in Landon Huffer, Scott Parr, Gael Munoz-Gastelum, Eil Avila & Brayden Burns. Offensively, Crosby Kinsler scored the Stars lone goal, Joseph Boddicker with the assist. Overall, the Stars showed improvement. Expect their young squad to continue to work on improving as a team and individuals as they host the Mounties of Southmont on Thursday.
