Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The High School Cross Country teams traveled to the Tippecanoe Amphitheater Tuesday for their second meet of the season.  The "Champ At The Amp" race is a unique course with wooded trails and steep hills that provided the Stars with many challenges.  Almost every member of both teams improved their time from the first meet and/or dropped time from this same meet last year.  Individual highlights from the night are Brennen Bivens recording a new personal best of 18:26, while Aiden Lester and Joan Gearheart received ribbons for placing in the top 25.  The boys team finished in 5th place and the girls finished 6th overall.
