Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone girls' golf team added another win to their total last night against West Lafayette. The Stars were able to put together their lowest 9-hole score so far this season with a 175 to West Lafayette's 202 to move their record in 9 holes matches to 5-0. The girls were led by Ally Lewis who shot a 3-over 38 at Cool Lake. Jada Scott followed with an impressive 42 after a bad start to her round. Ainsley Thompson was able to get another PR with a 45, and Lexi Gregg added a 50 as the 4th score as well. Once again, all 9 girls were able to play, so the remaining scores were as follows. Rylee Pelley 57, Jordan Stirling 57, Isabelle Sturgis 58, Olivia Tintera 62, and Laila Hall 68. The Stars play again on Thursday at Cool Lake against University.
