Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone girls golf team was able to pick-up a win against McCutcheon Monday night with a score of 187 to 204. The girls were a little rusty from not being able to play any outside last week with all the rain, but they were able to pull through and still get the win. Ally Lewis led the way with a 40, followed by Jada Scott with a 44. Freshman Ainsley Thompson was able to post a high school personal best of a 50, and then Lexi Gregg rounded out the scoring with a 53. With it being a 2-way match, all 9 girls on the team were able to get play and the remaining scores were as follows. Rylee Pelley 57, Jordan Stirling 63, Laila Hall 66, Isabelle Sturgis 69, and Olivia Tinteria 70. All 9 girls will be back in action on Tuesday against West Lafayette at Cool Lake.
