Luke LaGrange tied his season low 85 on Saturday at Rocky Ridge to earn first team all-conference honors in the first ever MAC Golf Championship. As a team, the Stars would survive a rough start, a mix of different weather conditions, and one lightning delay to shoot a team score of 363 and finish 6th. It was the programs' best score and finish at conference since 2023 and reflected a 29-stroke improvement over last season. Though the Stars had hopes to finish a spot or two higher, the team learned that they can be competitive, and that cleaning up small mistakes is all that separates them from being in the top half of the conference. In addition to LaGrange's 85, Tim Boddicker and Alex Thompson would both card 92s, and Rex Stanley would complete the team score with a 94.  Final Results were, Greencastle - 329; Crawfordsville - 338; Southmont - 346; Frankfort - 346; North Montgomery - 359; Western Boone - 363; North Putnam - 373; Cascade - 381. The Stars will celebrate their six seniors on Wednesday night following the program's first annual Senior Night Scramble.
