Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone Lady Stars pushed their win streak to 8 games with a 15-3 win over the Lady Hotdogs of Frankfort.  Ally Lewis got the start pitching 2 innings giving up 1 unearned run on 2 hits while striking out 4, Mickey Burns pitched innings 3 and 4 giving up no runs on 1 hit while striking out 2 before Raina Lutz came in to pitch the final inning allowing 2 runs on no hits while striking out 2.  The Stars were led at the plate by Addi Lee going 3 for 4 and Ashlyn Foster who went 2 for 3 in the contest.  The Stars will be back in action tomorrow night as they travel to the Lady Eagles of Guerin Catholic with a 5:30 start.
