The varsity girls tennis team picked up a great 4-1 win versus Tri-West on Wednesday for senior night. The match was close throughout the evening, but the Stars were ultimately able to pull away with 1S Adams, 2S Strong, 1D Maners/Anderson, and 2D Baird/Hayden winning in straight sets. The varsity team is now 7-7 overall and 3-1 in conference. The JV team was able to get back in the win column as well with a great 3-2 win. They are now 7-4 overall and 2-2 in conference play. After the match, seniors Izzy Adams, Cami Baird, Jacee Gaines, Isabell Grady, Mallory Hayden, Ashtyn Wagner, and Ellie Whiteley were honored for their outstanding tennis careers! The Stars will host Frankfort Thursday at 5PM.
