Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The varsity girls tennis team lost 0-5 to Greencastle Wednesday. 3S and 2D lost in close third sets, while 1S, 2S, and 1D were defeated in straight sets. The JV team also lost a close 2-3 match with great wins coming from 2S Muir and 1D Higer/Threlkeld. The varsity team is now 4-5 overall and 1-1 in conference, while the JV team is 6-3 overall and 1-1 in conference. The Stars will host their annual tournament Saturday at 9AM and will be joined by Speedway, Benton Central, and Lafayette Central Catholic.
