Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Boys High School Swim Team finished their regular swim season Monday evening in a dual meet against Fountain Central.  The Stars started strong winning the Medley Relay with the team of Jacob Norman, Liam Whitely, Isaac Threlkeld, and Jude Balke.  In the 200 Free they swept 1st (Jacob Norman), 2nd (Henry Biggs) and 3rd (Isaac Threlkeld), and in the 200 IM Zach Ford placed 1st and Jacob Schrier placed 2nd.  Alex Crockett placed 1st in the 50 Free, and Levi Biggs swam for a new PR.  Blaine Ballentine won 2nd place in Diving and Gage Bolen placed 3rd.  Isaac Threlkeld placed 1st in 100 Fly and in the 100 Free Jacob Norman placed 1st, Henry Biggs placed 2nd, and Kolten Conner had a new PR.  In the 500 Free Zach Connors placed 1st, Jude Balke took 2nd, and Brayden Schick placed 3rd.  The boys swam for 1st place in both the 200 Free Relay and 400 Free Relay.  In the 100 Backstroke Eli Baldwin won 2nd place with a new PR, and in the 100 Breaststroke Liam Whitely placed 1st and Gage Bolen took 2nd. The Stars crushed Fountain Central, beating them 125-39.  The boys will compete again in their Sectional Prelims competition on February 19th.
