The Mohawks got back on the road for a great matchup with #7 district ranked Batesville. The Bulldogs were a tough task for the Mohawks, but the grit and determination showed again as the Mohawks prevailed 3-2 ! #1 singles Charlie Fischer played really well in defeating Caleb Mohr 6-1, 6-0 to get things started! #2 singles Cash Young couldn't get his shot moving falling 6-2, 6-2 to Jevan Smith. #3 singles Lincoln Fischer still fighting some shoulder issue came up short 6-2, 6-1 to Carson Meyer. #1 doubles Jackson Kuhn and Caige Sheaffer once again put on some amazing tennis together to win in 3 sets 6-1, 5-7, 6-1. #2 doubles Noah Mitchell and Owen Hartman had the deciding match for the second time in the last week or so. They were determined not to fall after losing the first set 6-3 to come back to win 6-3, 6-4 to seal the victory. Connor Ping got big win in JV 6-0 over Max Walter. Go Mohawks!
