The Jr. High Lady Mohawks volleyball team showed grit and improvement Thursday night but came up short against the tough Hauser Jets, falling in three sets. The Mohawks’ defense continues to improve, their energy on the court is building, and they were led by strong front row play from Remi Hewson. With the loss, the Mohawks move to 1-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play. The team looks ahead to a busy week of competition, traveling to North Decatur on Monday, September 8, before returning home Tuesday, September 9, to host Rushville.
