The Jr. High Lady Mohawks lost in 3 sets to a tough Triton team. The Mohawks started off strong and led for most of the first set, but the Tigers fought back with strong serving which led to a 17-25 victory. The Mohawks would not give up and took the second set 25-16. Both teams fought point for point in set 3, but the Mohawks fell short, with a final score of 13-15. Overall, the girls played well and showed just how much they have worked and improved since last season. The Mohawks are now 1-1 for the season and 1-0 in MHC. They face conference rival Hauser at home on Thursday with a start time of 6:00.
