This past Monday, the Mohawks hosted the Connersville Spartans. They were defeated in 3 out of the 5 matches, with 1 Singles and 1 Doubles being the winning positions. The Spartans had some unorthodox methods to their lineup, having 6 athletes fill the 7 open Varsity positions, even though they had more than enough to fill the spots. With this being done, our 1 Doubles team had to wait until the 3 Singles match was completed to compete in their match. Even through the confusion and unconventional start to the match, the Mohawks powered through and played a hard match.
