The ladies hosted the Dragons of New Palestine on a sunny and warm Monday night. The Lady Dragons came in as #4 ranked team in Central Indiana district and did not disappoint leaving with a 4-1 win over the Mohawks! #1 doubles Emerson Lindsey and Jackie Corlett stayed unbeaten at 12-0 with a dominating 6-1, 6-1 win over Alyssa Appleby and Elliot Graham. #1 singles Riley Thurston ran into another great player losing 6-0, 6-1 to Arabella Deisher. #2 singles Ava Leising lost 6-0, 6-0 to Riley Watts. #3 singles Leah Kuhn continue to improve in her freshman season falling 6-0, 6-2 to Macy Thomas. #2 doubles Hannah Rouse and Madeline Walker found some teamwork together coming up short 6-2, 6-4 to Alyssa Beller and Addison Ballard. JV ACTION Lady Dragons dominate JV play winning all 5 matches. Lillian Mann lost 8-3 to Millie Kell. Ruby England fought , but came up short 8-4 to Kacie Ferree Kate Kuhn played singles back and lost 6-4 to Madelyn Fox Kate Kuhn and Taylor Stewart were defeated 8-3 by Malina Mahurin and Sydney Walter. Lorelie Wagner and Maddie Hungerford lost 8-0 to Sophie Munson and Ellie Armstrong. The Lady Mohawks travel to Greensburg on Tuesday night weather permitting for 5pm match. Thanks !
