The Lady Mohawks took to the road for the first time to Rushville and they were able to tame the Mighty Lions 5-0! The win improves the ladies to 3-0 on the young season! Riley Thurston dominated at #1 singles 6-2, 6-2 over Izzy Simmermon. Ava Leising fought through some long games to win in straight sets 6-4, 6-3 over Annie Buzzard. Malia Murphy looked impressive 6-1, 6-2 over Grace Doll. #1 doubles Jackie Corlett and Emerson Lindsey continued to cruise with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Cora Morgan and Kelsey Morgan. #2 doubles Hannah Rouse and Madeline Walker got an impressive two sett win 6-3, 7-5 over Elise Cain and Brylee Shaver. Jv Winners were Leah Kuhn and Taylor Sewart at #1 doubles and Ruby England at #1 singles 8-6. Home match on Tuesday night at 4:30pm against SW Shelby. Thanks !
