The Lady Mohawks opened up the spring season on a cool and windy night and were victorious 4-1 over the Brown County Eagles! #1 singles Riley Thurston rolled in straight sets 6-2, 6-3 over Allison Blee. #2 singles Ava Leising cruised 6-1, 6-4 over Chloe Sawyer. #3 singles Leah Kuhn got her first career varsity win 6-2, 6-4 over Elayna Stanley. #1 doubles SENIOR Emerson Lindsey and Jackie Corlett got win #1 together 6-4, 6-1 over Chloe Polling and Michaela Smith. #2 doubles Hannah Rouse and Madeline Walker suffered only setback with a 6-2, 4-6, 3-6 defeat to Olivia Sawyer and Ava Kinnett. JV Wins 3-1 over the Eagles also!! #1 singles Ruby England fought hard for an 8-6 win over Reagan Castongia. #1 doubles Taylor Stewart and Kate Kuhn rolled 8-5 over Brooklyn Hubbard and Anna Bryenton and 8-0 over Sydney Pree and Chloe Harris. #2 doubles Maddie Hungerford and Lorelie Wagner lost 8-3 to Eva Jackson and Zoe Jackson.
