Lincoln boys soccer was able to rebound last night versus Shoals and came away with an 8–2 victory. The Alices were led by braces(2 goals) from Morgan Horst, Claudson Thomas, and Gera Silva. Cooper Barekman also added a goal, as well as Renelson Jean. Kyler Durham, Jude Clark, Jonah Turpin, Grant Richardville, and Renelson Jean were all credited with assists on the night. This is the first of three matches this week for boys soccer, and many players saw minutes they had yet to see the amount of minutes they’ve seen so far this season. Hayden Lanning, Kyler, Durham, Atticus Keller, and Chase Norman all impressed in the minutes that they earned tonight. Sophomore, Landon Telligman, was our keeper for the game. He was credited with three saves on the night. Morgan Horst took home the Man of the Match award on the night. A brace and his quality of play continuing to improve over the course of the game secured the honor for him. The Alices are back in action on Thursday night against Evansville Bosse for senior night at home.
