The Vincennes Lincoln High School Girls Swim Team took part in the IHSAA Sectional Swimming Championship Prelims. In the 200 Medley Relay, the relay of Ashlyn Donovan, Emma Boxley, Makyla Lambert, and Savannah Harmon finished 11th with a time of 2:54.91. In the 200 Freestyle Lacy Bell finished 32nd with a time of 3:25.11 and Elizabeth Hillyard finished 33rd with a time of 3:58.17. In the 200 IM (individual medley) Emma Boxley finished 20th with a time of 3:40.34, Makyla Lambert finished 21st with a time of 3:53.88, and Brooklynn Trueblood finished 22nd with a time of 4:06.03. In the 50 Freestyle Jamiee Vanlue finished 26th with a time of 33.28, Elizabeth Cox finished 37th with a time of 41.83, and Elizabeth Hillyard finished 39th with a time of 44.48. In the 100 Freestyle Makyla Lambert finished 27th with a time of 1:23.63 and Elizabeth Cox finished 31st with a time of 1:35.46. In the 500 Freestyle Savannah Harmon finished 18th with a time of 6:57.91 and Jamiee Vanlue finished 19th with a time of 7:16.24. In the 200 Freestyle Relay the relay of Elizabeth Cox, Lacy Bell, Brooklynn Trueblood, and Elizabeth Hillyard finished 12th with a time of 3:01.20. In the 100 Backstroke Savannah Harmon finished 23rd with a time of 1:28.98, Ashlyn Donovan finished 26th with a time of 1:38.01, and Lacy Bell finished 32nd with a time of 2:04.07. And in the 100 Breastroke Adelynn Lange finished 23rd with a time of 1:42.47, Emma Boxley finished 25th with a time of 1:48.07, and Brooklynn Trueblood finished 1:53.76. They will compete in the IHSAA Swim Sectional Finals on Saturday.
