Vincennes Lincoln (2) vs Sullivan (3) Loss 1S- Madison Fleck vs Ally Mckinney (0-6, 1-6) 2S- JJ Riggs vs Mercedes Ferree (4-6, 1-6) 3S- Genesis Fonte vs Raylee Hobbs (0-6, 0-6) 1D- Adra Luking/Maddy Mitchell vs Annie Dugan/Izzie Jenkins (6-4, 4-6, 6-6 TB(7-5)) 2D- Callie Turner/Payton Riggs vs Lori Alumbaugh/Risse Dugan (6-3, 6-6TB (7-2)) The team fell short from another win tonight, but everyone showed much improvement from last week. We keep getting better at each position and I'm excited to see how this week will finish out. JJ at 2S, battled in long rallies all night. Madison at 1S, had some strong forehand winners in some long lob rallies. Both Doubles teams went into tiebreakers tonight! Beyond proud of them being able to push through and get the wins tonight. When the points mattered the most, they came in clutch with some aggressive volleys, dropshots, and overheads at the net. Junior Varsity won the 1st round 4-1 and 2nd round 3-2 overall.
