Firehawks— join us in congratulating our first ever Firehawks Athletics Athletes of the week. Each week we will choose an elementary, middle, and high school athlete that has gone above and beyond in the classroom and in competition. EL VB: Elise P. “Elise works had everyday on the court and in the classroom and helps hold her teammates accountable.” - Coach Simons MS VB: Ailyn V. “Ailyn has had a great attitude in practice. She also recognizes her areas of growth and works hard toward improving them.” -Coach Brittany HS Soccer: Demetrius P. “Demetrius has taken on the challenge of playing a brand new sport and has really become a student of the sport. He asks all the right questions and corrects his mistakes on the field, uses his voice to be a leader for his teammates, all while maintaining a 3.54 GPA!! Congrats again to our Firehawk Student-Athletes of the Week!
