We battled in the first quarter and competed well early, trailing just 7–6 at the end of the period. The effort was there to keep it close, but we weren’t able to build momentum. The second quarter was where the game shifted. We managed just one point in the quarter and struggled defensively, allowing our opponent to go on a run and take control. At halftime, we were down 18–7. Our defensive intensity dropped, and we had difficulty containing the ball and finishing possessions. Coming out of halftime, we were still flat and couldn’t find a rhythm offensively. Execution was inconsistent, and we struggled to create quality scoring opportunities. After three quarters, the score was 26–9. Moving forward, we need to focus on sustaining effort beyond the first quarter, tightening up defensively, and executing our offense with more confidence and purpose. Consistency and energy for four quarters will be key to improving in our next game. Scoring for the Lady Falcons: Kendall Egger - 6pts Avery Thomas - 3pts Leah Brackett - 2pts Jayden Karling - 1pts Emma Glavez - 1pts
